One Hitz is a cover band based in Brisbane, QLD.
Every song One Hitz play was somebody's big moment, and often their only one. The Brisbane show band built its repertoire from one-hit wonders and classic party songs, so guests spend the night working out which band it was and then shouting the chorus anyway. Think Mickey, My Sharona, Turning Japanese, Jessie's Girl, Video Killed the Radio Star, Semi-Charmed Life and Stuck in the Middle with You, with Play That Funky Music, Blister in the Sun, Walking on Sunshine and Footloose in the mix too. It's dancing music first, and it works at a birthday, a sporting club night, a wedding or a venue.
