Old Bluey

Everything Old Bluey sings is Australian, and a fair bit of it he wrote himself. The Adelaide larrikin plays guitar, sings, recites poetry and spins yarns, and he gets the audience joining in. Covers lean on John Williamson, with True Blue, Cootamundra Wattle and Galleries of Pink Galahs, plus A Pub With No Beer, I Was Only 19, To Her Door, Great Southern Land and She's So Fine. His originals include Ginger the Cat, The Mataranka Crow and I Made a Hat Trick in the Presence of Sir Don. The solo show suits pubs, clubs, fundraisers, caravan parks and a campfire night. The language can get a bit colourful depending on the function, so MA15+ is recommended. Give him a power point, a little table, and water in a jug with a glass. He's insured and travels Australia-wide, and yes, he barracks for Norwood and Melbourne.
