About
NxtGeneration is a musical duo based in Launceston, TAS.
NxtGeneration turn up with everything: the PA, the lights and every lead and stand, so your venue only needs to find a spot for the duo and give them as long as two hours beforehand to get set and sound-checked. The two of them play high-energy rock and pop spanning five decades, 60s to 2000s, and they put on a proper show. Expect Copperhead Road, Jessie's Girl, Khe Sanh, Jolene, April Sun in Cuba and Footloose, with the odd curveball like 867-5309/Jenny or Achy Breaky Heart. Around the north of the state they're regulars at the Clarendon Arms and the casino's Tonic Bar, as well as pubs, vineyards, hotels and sporting clubs. They're based in Launceston and travel up to 100 km.
