Nir Tsfaty

Nir Tsfaty's EP Under The Sun pairs alternative soft rock with a string quartet, which says a lot about the care that goes into his music. Hundreds of gigs, on his own and with his bands, have taken him to InDnegev Festival and the Melbourne Recital Centre, and has four studio albums behind him. He also works as a composer, with projects for Bic, the ABC and Respect Victoria. His soundtrack for the short film Scorpion Ascent was nominated for Best Music for Short Film at the APRA Screen Music Awards. For a seated audience or a private event where people want to listen, it's live music from a songwriter with a composer's ear.
