Nick Rado

A 30-minute clean stand-up set, or that set plus hosting the whole evening: those are the two ways most people book Nick Rado. He has won the NZ Comedy Guild Award for Best Comedy MC five times and took Best Male Comedian there in 2019. TV viewers may know him as a comedic presenter on Fox Sports' The Night Watchmen and The Narrow World of Sports, and on New Zealand's The Crowd Goes Wild. He was head writer and a panellist for more than 250 episodes of 7 Days, played Just for Laughs Sydney at the Opera House, and was the opening act on national tours by Russell Howard, Aziz Ansari and Rob Brydon. He has also hosted conferences that ran anywhere between a day and a half and a full week. On the night, give him a raised stage, a handheld microphone and a spotlight.
