Neon is a cover band based in Melbourne, VIC.
Neon put a DJ on stage with live musicians. Vocals, sax, guitar and percussion play over the DJ's tracks, so the sound lands somewhere between a band and a club set. The Melbourne group lean into dance music and R&B, and everything about the format points at a party rather than filling the background. If your night is planned around dancing, that mix of a DJ's steady flow with live sax and vocals on top is the reason to book them. They take weddings, private functions, work events and venue bookings.
