Nathan Poetschka

One guitarist, a loop pedal and a harmony pedal can sound like a small band, and that's how Nathan Poetschka works a room. He sings, stacks guitar parts live as the song builds, and moves between pop, funk, folk, rock and indie rock without the set feeling patchy. Nathan plays more than one instrument and teaches music as well, and he has spent over ten years on stage alongside other working musicians. As a solo act he takes up very little space, which helps in a Brisbane bar corner or a backyard party where a full band would crowd the guests out.
