Moves Like Swagger is a musical duo based in Perth, WA.
Moves Like Swagger gets a fuller sound out of only two players by running drum beat loops and percussion underneath the live vocals and guitar, so a duo booking doesn't sound thin. From there the act grows: a trio adds either drums or bass, a four-piece brings in both, and a five-piece stretches to two vocalists over keys, bass and drums. Nic Di Lena sings lead, Leon Todorovich plays guitar, and depending on the size booked, Louis Rendle O'Shea joins on second vocals. The set leans on RnB dance hits spanning the 80s, 90s and today, aimed squarely at getting people up rather than sitting through a background set. Based in Perth.
