Mila

Mila rolls through your event on disco roller skates, and the whole point is to put a smile on faces as guests turn to watch. The roving routine can bring in silk fans, rainbow ribbons, bubbles, handle flyers and little gifts, and each booking is shaped around the event. Mila spent five years skating at events around Melbourne, from arts festivals and corporate gigs to video clips and album launches, and now works from the Sunshine Coast, travelling up to 50 km. The main thing to plan for is the floor. It needs to be fairly flat, clear of debris and not too crowded with obstacles, though most surfaces will do. Festivals, parties and kids' discos all suit it.
