Michael Larkin

Three saxophones, clarinet, flute and trumpet: Michael Larkin can switch between all of them in one night, and he sings as well. The styles are just as broad, taking in jazz, blues, funk, soul, pop and Latin, and he'll play live over a DJ's EDM set. What he's careful about is volume. The music suits the room and never gets too loud, which is ideal while guests eat, sip drinks or mingle during a roving spot. Songs include Misty, Night and Day, Moondance, Just the Two of Us, The Girl from Ipanema, Careless Whisper and Days of Wine and Roses. He needs very little space, just enough floor for one speaker, a microphone and his horns and woodwinds, and a duo option is available. Based in Buderim, he travels nationwide.
