House music, in whatever flavour the room is after, is Michaél Beaty's home ground. He's a Melbourne selector whose aim is simple: less talking, more moving. He started out as a club kid, then moved behind the decks at parties and on to Melbourne nightclubs such as The Toff, Angel Music Bar and Revolver Upstairs, and he has played on Kiss FM. Years in clubs mean he's comfortable keeping a wedding dance floor going well past midnight, or carrying a launch into the small hours.
