MellowD is smooth rock you can still talk over. The four-piece plays easy-listening songs from a range of eras alongside smooth modern hits, and on request they'll keep the volume properly low, so guests can sit back with a quiet drink and still enjoy the band. If the crowd wants to move later in the night, up-tempo dance music is ready to go. Four-part vocal harmonies mean they can do justice to Little River Band, Queen and The Eagles. Between them the members have played more than 5,000 shows. They pitch the show at rooms of every size, from a winery with 50 people to an auditorium of 1,000 or more. Most bookings are weddings, corporate events and private parties, across Sydney, Wollongong and the South Coast.
