Melissa Tranchita

Melissa Tranchita is a vocalist with more than 20 years on stage, across musical productions, live bands and original music. Right now she sings with her band Atomic one to three times a week. Before that she spent 12 years in the band Felix as a founding member, writing and performing originals and starring in the video for their song Miss a Thing. Twice she organised and starred in a Yeah the Girls tribute concert, both sold out, singing as Shakira, Scary Spice and Shania Twain. She studied English and drama at Edith Cowan University and trained, then taught, at the West End Music Academy for eight years. She'd suit a band line-up, a themed tribute night or a function that needs a strong, experienced singer.
