Wineries, breweries, bars and restaurants are Melanie Timms's favourite places to play, and it's easy to see why. She sings and plays guitar, mixing pop and folk covers with songs of her own, the kind of set that suits a long lunch or an afternoon that drifts into evening. That's been her work for over a quarter of a century. Home is Dunsborough in Western Australia's south west, and she plays events across the region, in Perth and further away too.
