Melanie Eden

Melanie Eden is an experimental vocalist, songwriter and accordionist, and she makes music for mutual aid. She's also a member of The Splinter Orchestra, a large electro-acoustic improvising group from Sydney. Her single End of Known appeared in April 2022 on Collapse Theories, a compilation from New Weird Australia that FBI named album of the week. Voice and accordion used in unexpected ways make this a listening performance. It belongs at an arts event, a gallery opening or an experimental music night rather than a dance floor.
