Max Horta

Max Horta plays tech house and techno for a crowd that wants to dance late. His sets move from minimal tech house grooves into peak-time techno, with melodic techno, afro house and progressive house along the way. A Chilean DJ and producer, he played drums and wrote music with bands for years before turning his focus to electronic music in 2020. In Chile he played Club Room in Santiago and venues in Valparaíso. Since moving to Melbourne he's become a Circus resident, and you'll also find him at New Guernica, Storyville, Electric, Revolver Upstairs and The Emerson, or on one of Eat The Beat's boat parties. He has shared line-ups with Richy Ahmed, Super Flu, John 00 Fleming, Andrés Campo and Manu González, among others. Based in South Yarra.
