MarkGee is a musical soloist based in Melbourne, VIC.
MarkGee is a solo acoustic act with a trumpet in the kit. He has more than 400 classic songs to call on and over 1,000 gigs behind him, and he likes plenty of energy and crowd participation. The material runs from the 60s to now, with Crowded House, The Sunnyboys, Paul Kelly, Dragon and INXS sharing the night with Billy Joel, The Cure, Leonard Cohen and Bowie. The trumpet comes out for a Herb Alpert show and for Christmas carols with backing tracks, and at a wedding he'll add solo trumpet and sing a song you request. Themed shows are available, as are duo, trio and band line-ups. PA and lights come with him. He carries liability insurance and a WWC check, and covers Melbourne and up to 50 km out.
