Mark Beretta

Mark Beretta knows sport from the competitor's side as well as the commentary box. He won ten Australian water ski championships, and he's spent his media career reporting on and calling sport, so a conference or sports function gets both views when he's on the program, as host or as speaker. That career started in radio in Geelong and moved into television sports reporting. Viewers know him from Sunrise, Olympic broadcasts and motorsport coverage, and he was part of Seven's team for the Sydney 2000 Olympics and the torch relay broadcast. There's a business side too. He holds an engineering degree and has worked with BHP and Honeywell, which gives a corporate audience something else to connect with. New South Wales is home.
