About
Mareshah & Shane is a musical duo based in Melbourne, VIC.
Soft dinner music, a funkier bracket of well-known classics, then a DJ set to finish: Mareshah & Shane can carry a wedding right through. Mareshah sings, and Shane plays looped acoustic guitar, adds harmonies, and also works as a DJ and MC. That's why the popular wedding format is the duo early and Shane's DJ set late. Expect songs like Valerie, Human Nature, Ordinary People, Can't Help Falling in Love, Burn by John Farnham and Signed, Sealed, Delivered. For a bigger sound they can add keys, extra vocals and more musicians. Mareshah has sung backing vocals for Tones and I and performed with the Melbourne Gospel Choir, including the Christmas carols at the Sidney Myer Music Bowl. They need a power point and some flat ground, and they cover all of Victoria from Melbourne.
