Games, balloon animals, hairspray fun and a steady supply of silliness: that's a party with Marcelle's Children's Entertainment. It's clowning aimed at kids, made for birthdays, festivals, vacation care and family days, and it can roam through a crowd as well as hold a group in one spot. Outdoors, a marquee is needed, plus flat ground where possible, and a spot away from loud music so the kids can hear what's going on. Marcelle is based in Launceston and travels statewide, holds public liability insurance and has a Working With Vulnerable People card.
