Magic Surge is a children's magician based in Melbourne, VIC.
Rabbits, guinea pigs and birds all have parts in a Magic Surge show. It's comedy magic for kids, with slapstick, silly gags and plenty of audience participation, and the parents get pulled in too. The animals appear and disappear during the tricks, and their welfare comes first, so usually two or three take part depending on the show length and venue. There are three show lengths. The 40-minute show covers the magic and the pets. The 45-minute version adds bunny patting and photos at the end, and the hour-long show adds a custom balloon sculpture for the birthday child. Setup takes about 1.5 metres. He suits birthdays, kinder and school events and family days. He works from Melbourne within about 100 km, is insured and holds a WWCC.
