Live electronic drums go over the top of the DJ set when Luke La Beat plays, so there's a performer to watch as well as music to dance to. The focus is dance and house, and as a producer and remix artist he works his own edits and sounds into the mix. He's spent 15 years behind the decks, playing clubs and festivals around Australia. He makes a point of keeping the room inclusive, which counts at a Pride party or any celebration where everyone should feel at home on the floor. He's based on the Gold Coast.
