Livewire is a musical duo based in Brisbane, QLD.
Livewire are a Brisbane duo who play for dancing and singing along, and they pick their songs with that in mind. Expect a heavy dose of Aussie rock: INXS, Cold Chisel, Icehouse, Noiseworks, Dragon, Hunters and Collectors, The Angels, Australian Crawl, Mondo Rock and Divinyls, with Paul Kelly and Keith Urban in the mix and Springsteen and Sweet Caroline for good measure. The range runs from retro hits through to the 2000s. Both players have more than 20 years on stage and bring plenty of energy to the classics. They work in sets, so a pub night, a 40th or a club function can run through the evening without losing momentum. Based in Brisbane, they travel up to 300 km.
