Lincoln County is a country band based in Dubbo, NSW.
Lincoln County play covers from the 70s through to now, and they're happy to go either way on the night: soft background music while people talk, or rock anthems once they're ready to dance. The Dubbo band talks with the crowd a lot, and the players are all experienced. A set might take in Run to Paradise, Wagon Wheel, Mr Jones, Distant Sun, April Sun in Cuba and Overkill, alongside Nutbush and Knockin' on Heaven's Door. Their own full PA and lighting come with them. Indoors, they need room for the whole band plus a patch of floor in front for dancing, and power that can handle all the gear. Outdoors, plan on power at the stage, a roof overhead and a hard floor, because grass won't do. They travel up to 300 km.
