LIAR Birds is a cover band based in Toowoomba, QLD.
LIAR Birds are a Toowoomba pub rock band, and a night with them sounds like Sex on Fire, Tip of My Tongue, Everlong and Better by the Screaming Jets, with Valerie and Moondance thrown in. Megs sings, and she can go from AC/DC to Adele in the next song. Phill is on drums, Sam on guitar and Cam on bass. They stay close to the originals and add a bit of their own character. The band formed in 2023. A wedding can have a solo or duo set for canapés outside, then the full band once everyone moves in for the main event. The smallest space they'll work in is 3 by 3 metres with one power point, though they're happy to fill a big stage. They're insured for public liability and travel nationwide.
