Liam Griffin Music is a singer based in Mooloolaba, QLD.
A week or so out, Liam Griffin gets in touch by email to talk through the songs you'd like. On the day he arrives at least an hour early to load in and set up his own sound and lighting, then plays 45-minute sets with short breaks. He's a quiet, professional presence, happy to chat with guests or keep to himself. Covers range from Powderfinger, Silverchair and Crowded House to Ed Sheeran, Fleetwood Mac, Van Morrison and Bob Marley, and he can DJ as well. Allow a 3 x 3 metre space. Mains power is best, though a battery speaker runs up to six hours. Clients include Mazda Sunshine Coast, the Sunshine Coast Lightning, Brisbane City Council and the Adelaide and Newcastle fringe festivals. Mooloolaba-based, insured, and travelling up to 500 km.
