Leonie McKeon

Negotiation is the subject, and Leonie McKeon's framework for it is the 36 Strategies, which come out of Sun Tzu's The Art of War. Based in Adelaide, she writes books, gives keynotes, runs workshops and consults to businesses, and she teaches how the strategies apply at a real negotiating table. The aim is to help audiences think strategically and hold their own, getting a good deal without damaging the relationship. Keynotes generally run 30 to 40 minutes. Her negotiation skills workshops run as full-day or half-day sessions, tailored to the group, capped at 20 people in person or 12 online. She also consults one on one. On the day she needs a lapel microphone, a projector and a screen. Leonie travels nationwide.
