Leona's sessions usually pair a keynote with a workshop, and the audience does plenty of the work. She shapes each one around your conference theme and the problems your people are dealing with, with leadership and team engagement at the centre. Her background is split between the corporate world and her own business. She managed budgets at Microsoft UK, then spent 17 years running Cheeky Food Events, her own team building business, which won awards, before selling it. Along the way she has run over 3,000 keynotes, workshops and engagement sessions, hosted MasterChef Live, and had 300 CEOs cook one feast together.
