Legend of Elvis

The scarves come out during Love Me Tender. That's one of the set pieces in Legend of Elvis, a Sydney Elvis tribute show that plays corporate events, private parties, weddings and clubs, at home and around the country. The songs cover the whole spread: rockers such as Blue Suede Shoes, Burning Love, A Little Less Conversation and Suspicious Minds, gentler ones like Can't Help Falling in Love and Are You Lonesome Tonight, and big ballads including My Way, If I Can Dream and American Trilogy. Floor shows run 15, 30 or 45 minutes, performed in replica Elvis costume. The longer versions pull guests onto the dance floor to copy the famous moves and sing along, and a 45-minute show can add Las Vegas Show Girls, up to four of them, with glittering costume changes and routines of their own. It makes an easy centrepiece for a wedding reception or a themed night.
