Lauren & Ricky

Lauren & Ricky keep things relaxed. The Adelaide acoustic duo plays pubs, wineries, weddings and events, with a set of hits and classics from Aretha Franklin and Fleetwood Mac through to Ed Sheeran and Amy Winehouse, plus current chart songs. It's easy music for an afternoon among the vines, and there's enough bounce in it to get feet tapping later on. One guitar and two voices, with a loop pedal on some songs to fill out the sound. With power available they bring a larger Yamaha PA, which the backing vocals need, and where there's none a smaller wireless Bose system does the job. Adelaide is home, bookings within 50 km are covered, and the pair carry public liability insurance.
