Ladies First is a musical trio based in Sydney, NSW.
Ladies First can be two different bands in one night: smooth, sophisticated grooves while dinner is served, then a trio that turns it up for the dance floor. Between them they have around 300 songs, running across jazz, pop, disco, soul, cabaret and rock 'n' roll oldies. Dora D sings and plays ukulele, and her voice is on TV and radio ads for brands such as Toyota, Optus, McDonald's and Coca-Cola. She also performs as Marilyn Monroe. Kate Orlov is a professional touring saxophonist. The third spot goes to singer and guitarist Mark Jonas or Peter Morgan, and both bring a PA. The Sydney trio works big crowds and small ones, at weddings, corporate events, venues and private functions.
