Kobra 3000

Carlo Xavier plays as Kobra 3000, a DJ and producer whose sets pair forward-looking sounds with deep tropical rhythms. Carlo has been building high-energy sets that way for almost two decades. It's dance music with real heat in it, suited to a festival crowd or an event that's tired of the standard club playlist. Kobra 3000 is also a key member of El Gran Mono Picó Sound System and of the duo The Wild Ones, and with those projects has performed and directed shows at WOMADelaide, Vivid, Rising, Spilt Milk, Subsonic, The Forum and the Biennales in São Paulo and Sydney.
