Kindle Arts is a fire performer based in Nelson Bay, NSW.
Double staff is the centrepiece of a Kindle Arts fire set, with single staff, fire poi, contact juggling and acrobatic balances mixed in to fit your timing. Outdoors, the show needs a flat 5 by 5 metre area with 4 metres of clearance and 45 minutes' access to set up, and a spotter, extinguisher and fire blanket are part of every burn. If a total fire ban lands on the day, an LED version runs instead, and LED also suits indoor rooms and early evening slots. Options range from roving among guests to a featured set with its own soundtrack, or both. Every booking starts with a pre-event chat about your space. Festival credits include Fat As Butter, Dragon Dreaming, Earth Frequency and Antigravity. Home is Nelson Bay, with travel of around 50 km, and the paperwork includes a public liability certificate and working with children clearance.
