Kimberly Beadle takes the business topics that make people tense, the numbers, the systems, the mistakes, and makes them feel manageable. She's a business advisor who founded Polished Business in 2014, and she's a registered BAS agent and certified bookkeeper with a psychology degree behind her. More than a decade of work with over a thousand businesses feeds into her talks. One session is called Your Business Core to Comprehend Completely. Another, Managing Massive Mistakes Mindfully, is about getting through the errors every business makes. Other topics cover mindset, motivation and communication. Her pitch to a room is energy with practical steps attached. Slides are optional, and your attendees can have them, or her notes, once the event is over. A mic and a projector and screen help where the venue has them. She lives in Wollongong and travels nationwide.
