Natalie's talks are built on a habit of saying yes to risk. She once ran a sea kayak adventure business. Later she patrolled the Southern Ocean with an armed boarding party, its sole female member, then spent 13 years in government roles in Australia and the Middle East. There she ran hostage negotiation training for a Special Forces unit, working with prime ministers and governors-general and bodyguarding for The Queen. Now a human behavioural profiler, she teaches the codes and patterns behind why people act as they do. Sessions cover leadership, performing under pressure, adapting to change, risk and growth, building rapport, and why prospects buy, tailored to your industry. Keynotes, after-dinner talks and half or full-day workshops are available. She needs a headset mic, an HDMI cable and a screen for her laptop.
