Kat Caton can sit down with you before the event and build the set list around it, anywhere from jazz to current Top 40, and will learn a special song for the occasion. Acoustic guitar keeps it gentle; electric guitar with full backing tracks sounds much closer to a band, and extra musicians can join. A full PA, lighting and microphones for the speeches all come with the booking, so the only request is a 4 by 2 metre space and an ordinary power point. Kat sings full time, teaches singing and has performed at Her Majesty's Theatre in Adelaide, SkyCity in Adelaide and Darwin, the Hilton, the InterContinental and both Stamford hotels. Channel 7 and Channel 9 have booked Kat for their annual awards nights. Based in Blackwood, Kat holds public liability insurance, belongs to the Musicians Union of SA and travels nationwide.
