Put Karen Tighe on the microphone at a sporting function or a corporate night and you've got an MC who built her career interviewing sportspeople. Her broadcasting has been with the ABC, across television and radio, covering Olympic and Paralympic Games as well as the Hopman Cup. So drawing a good story out of an athlete is familiar work. In 2020 she received a lifetime achievement award for her work in sports media. She's based in Perth.
