Kaley Chu

Kaley Chu turns up at least an hour early and spends that time meeting the room, so by the time she takes the microphone she's already chatted with plenty of your audience. Her talks run on stories rather than instructions: things she's learnt herself, and things people have shared with her over lunch. Expect them to be funny and interactive. Her favourite slot is just before the break, because she likes to send people off to eat with a stranger. The format stretches a long way. She'll give a short TED-style talk of 15 minutes, a 45-minute keynote with questions, or two full days of workshop training. She's especially keen to reach young people, women and immigrants. Kaley is based in Melbourne, travels nationwide, and needs nothing more than a mic.
