Justine Martin

Justine Martin's keynote starts from a hard place. She was once told she'd never work again, and she went on to build and run eight businesses that have each picked up awards. That story carries her talks on resilience, community, positivity, leadership and health. She keeps the big idea down to earth, too, with everyday examples like the flat-pack wardrobe you have to pull apart and start again. In 2023 she was named Geelong's Business Leader of the Year, and in 2024 Momentum's Empowering Woman of the Year. She works from her own laptop and clicker, and likes the laptop on stage so she can adjust slides as she reads the audience. A lapel or headset microphone suits her better than a handheld, and a high-definition projector helps the visuals land. She's based in Geelong and travels nationwide.
