Justin Langer

Justin Langer has opened the batting for Australia and run teams from the coach's box, and his talks draw on both jobs. His 105 Tests as a player included an opening partnership with Matthew Hayden. As a coach he has been in charge of the Perth Scorchers, Western Australia and the Australian men's side. He's an author as well. At a conference or leadership day, expect him to talk about leading a group through change and keeping standards high over the long haul, with examples that come from the dressing room rather than a textbook.
