Joyology

Joyology is Pat's speaking business, and her subject is finding joy at the point where it seems to have run out. She's delivered more than 1,000 keynotes across Australia and New Zealand, and she's built for the bookend slots, opening a conference or closing it. The talks draw on positive psychology, emotional intelligence and neuroscience, told through real stories rather than theory. Mental health in the workplace is a signature program, alongside resilience, stress management, wellbeing, culture and business growth. Expect warmth and a lot of energy, but also plain honesty, which is what lets a room of staff take the heavier material. On the day she needs lapel mics, a small table and chair on stage, data projection and sound run through a PC. She's based in Brisbane and travels nationwide.
