Loops built on the spot are part of the show with Josh Notting, a guitarist who also plays other instruments, produces and teaches. Live looping means a solo player records a phrase, repeats it, and plays over the top, so one person can sound like a small band. He moves through acoustic, funk, rock, blues and EDM.
