John Peacock

John Peacock can MC your event, do a stand-up spot, give an after-dinner speech or run the auction, and he'll work clean if the room calls for it. He has headlined in Sydney, Brisbane and Perth, performed overseas, and is a regular at the major Australian comedy festivals and the Edinburgh Fringe. His comedy comes from real life: running a small business, long relationships, sporting clubs, travel and trying to make sense of a world that keeps changing. Public speaking has won him awards, and he has led both Toastmasters Australia and a local chamber of commerce as president. Keynotes cover finding and pursuing a passion, the ups and downs of small business, and Australian and country rugby union. He needs a raised stage, a mic and a spotlight, with room lights dimmed. Based in Lennox Head, often in Brisbane and on the Gold Coast, he's insured and travels nationwide.
