English or Italian, Joe Avati can work a room in either language, which counts for a lot when your crowd includes both. His live comedy has toured theatres internationally, with crowds in North America, Europe and Australia, and it's also been released as recorded comedy. Il Dago and Comicus Erectus are among his productions. Joe develops and produces comedy shows too, so he knows the production side of a comedy night as well as the stage. New South Wales is his base.
