Janice Preece plays a full-size concert harp, and it looks as good in a room as it sounds. She's a very experienced performer, and her playing can sit under the vows, the canapés or a formal dinner without taking over. Repertoire covers classical, Celtic, light jazz and popular music, with ceremony pieces such as Pachelbel's Canon in D, Arrival of the Queen of Sheba, Air on the G String and the Bridal Chorus. For a larger function she can add flute, violin or cello as a duo, or form a trio of harp and cello with flute or violin. The harp needs a 2 by 1 metre space, and shade if you're outdoors. Janice is Brisbane-based and also plays Ipswich and both the Sunshine and Gold Coasts, travelling up to 300 km.
