Topics draw on positive psychology and neuroscience: emotional intelligence, mindset, resilience, influence and connection, psychological safety, building great teams and leading hybrid ones. She holds an Advanced Diploma of Neuroscience of Leadership and a Diploma in Positive Psychology and Wellbeing. Audiences range from 15 people to more than a thousand, from executive teams and emerging leaders to all-staff days, and she presents virtually too. She has spoken at the MCG, Luna Park in Sydney and the Adelaide and Perth convention centres, as well as community centres in Alice Springs and Karratha.
