Janda Events

Jake and Lei-Ahna Newell are a husband-and-wife team, and they're the people you'll actually deal with at Janda Events. Both work hands-on as celebrants, MCs and coordinators on the day. Jake is also a musician and DJ, and he's been playing weddings in the region for more than ten years. Around them sits a small collective of celebrants, musicians, DJs and experienced wedding hands, so the ceremony, the playing and the coordinating can all come from one place. Their motto is good humans and good vibes, which tells you the tone: friendly and relaxed rather than formal. They're based at Currumbin Waters in Queensland.
