Jamie the Clown

Pick your character first. Jamie the Clown is the bumbling, funny one who does magic and balloon animals, Mr Jamie Magician is the same laughs in less colourful clothes, and Scallywag the Pirate runs a pirate magic show with treasure hunting, balloon swords and parrots. Shows run as one 45-minute set or two of 25 minutes, pitched at families with little ones. Or Jamie can MC a community event. Balloons can be handed out after the show or twisted for the whole event. Add face painting, glitter tattoos, magic and balloon workshops, and a big balloon sculpture built on site. Jamie brings a PA and wireless mic and needs 3 by 3 metres, plus shade for balloons. He has 20-plus years as a children's entertainer, ran children's programs for The Y for 10 years, and has first aid training. Albany-based, he travels statewide, is insured and holds a WWC Check.
