Jamie K Acoustic is a musical soloist based in Adelaide, SA.
Wedding ceremonies and receptions are Jamie K's specialty, and he'll put together a package for either one or both. For a ceremony he usually plays acoustically, with no PA at all. Otherwise he needs 240-volt power and about 2 by 2 metres. It's voice and guitar, on his own or with a second player, and he pitches it to the moment, chilled background on a Sunday afternoon or a livelier set before a Friday night out. Songs come from Crowded House, Paul Kelly, Cold Chisel and Daryl Braithwaite through to Oasis, U2, Green Day, Vance Joy, Jack Johnson and Whitney Houston. He also plays funerals. Adelaide is home, but he'll go interstate, and he carries public liability cover.
