James Curd

Few DJs have had their music in a Pixar film. James Curd has: The Incredibles used his music, so did Grey's Anatomy, and Grand Theft Auto carries more than 20 of his songs. He's a producer, composer and DJ from Chicago, now based in Melbourne, and house music is at the core of it. He has released on DFA, Rekids, Classic and Shall Not Fade, runs his own label PRONTO and made records as part of Greenskeepers. His remix trades include Honey Dijon, Rufus Du Sol and The Blessed Madonna. Behind the decks he's played Rex Club, Lollapalooza and Fabric. For a party with a serious dance floor, that's a deep well to draw on.
